A website experience should be able to convert users into followers, paying customers, or ambassadors.
Gone are the days when we knew that everyone was viewing the web on a desktop or laptop computer so websites were designed and develop for that standard experience. Increasingly, people are viewing the web on a variety of devices – tablet, smart phones and other mobile devices.  If your website doesn’t support those devices, this can negatively affect how user interact with your business. The site may load slowly, the layout is fixed and awkward to navigate and you may end up with a frustrated user. Statistics show that most used don’t covert when using small scree devices which means you may be losing out on value business opportunities. The main characteristics of a responsive website is simplicity and functionality. A website should be easy to navigate.  Users should be able to easily find exactly what they are looking for when they arrive at your site. The website design should adapt and scale to whatever kind of device the user is viewing from.  This greatly improves the overall performance. The first step is to understand your business goals, your customers and their expectations and behavior, and how your website factors in all this. The next step is to look at the competitive landscape to establish content and benchmarks for how your site should function and them improve on that. This should give you the foundation for moving forward and in the right direction. Once armed with this information, the design of different templates or layouts should be sketch, including the home pate, subpage, the blog template, and any additional templates needed.  Wireframes look like simple skeletons of your website without the visual polish of the finished design. This allows for experiment and iterate solutions quickly so that you have a good sense of how content should be laid across different screen sizes. Finally, a user testing should be performed with the final design. Make sure each tested uses different devices and browsers, this will greatly improve the quality of the finish design and help catch usability issues before the time to going live with the website. All the results should be record and analyzed for future corrections and site optimization. We also recommend performing regular analytics reports to identify the most popular and less popular pages or content in your site to further improve your site conversion.
